- 참가자 선발은 어떻게 하나요? How do you select participants?
온라인 신청서를 제출하신 후 참가비 납부가 되어야 신청이 완료 된 것으로 신청서를 제출했으나 참가비가 입금 되지 않으면 신청 된 것이 아닙니다. 참가비 납부가 완료된 신청자로 선착순 마감입니다. 참가비에는 숙박비, 식비, 여행자 보험 등이 포함되어 있습니다.

After submitting the online application, the application is completed only after the participation fee has been paid. Applicants who have already paid the participation fee are closed on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation fees include accommodation, meals, and travel insurance.

2. 개인적인 이유로 참가 취소시 참가비는 환불이 되나요? Is the participation fee refundable if I cancel my participation for personal reasons?
1차는 11월 10일까지, 2차는 11월 17일까지 참가 취소시 참가비 전액 환불이 됩니다.
그 이후 참가 취소시 환불하지 않습니다.
코로나19로 인해 행사 취소시 전액 환불 됩니다.
If the participation is canceled until November 10 for the first and November 17 for the second, the entire participation fee will be refunded.
No refund will be given for cancellations after that.
If the event is canceled due to COVID-19, a full refund will be given.
3. 코로나19로 행사가 취소 될 수 있나요? Can the event be canceled due to COVID-19?
질병관리본부의 방역 지침에 따라 코로나19로 인해 행사가 취소 될 수 있습니다.
취소시 참가자에게 개별적으로 안내 해 드립니다.
The event may be canceled due to COVID-19 according to the KCDC’s quarantine guidelines.
In case of cancellation, participants will be notified individually.
4. 1차, 2차 어디로 모이면 될까요? I know that both the 1st and the 2nd are moving by private car. Where can I get together?
1차 집결지는 숭실대학교입니다. 2차는 참가자에게 사전에 자세한 안내 될 것입니다.
The 1st meeting place is at Soongsil University. The 2nd meeting placewill be informed in detail in advance.
5. 참가자 오리엔테이션이 있나요? Do we have participant orientation?
1차는 11월 14일, 2차는 11월 21일에 비대면으로 있을 예정입니다.
오리엔테이션 시간은 참가자와 협의하여 정하도록 하겠습니다.
The first term is scheduled to be held on November 14th, and the second is scheduled to be held on November 21st.
Orientation time will be decided in consultation with the participants.
6. 봉사증이 발급 되나요? Is a service certificate issued?
현지에서 봉사한 시간에 대해서는 국제청년센터 또는 1365에서 발행하는 봉사증이 발급됩니다.
A service certificate issued by the International Youth Center or 1365 is issued for the time spent in the field.
