국제청년센터의 “유학생 투어 가이드 서비스 프로그램”은 국내 대학에 재학 중인 외국인 유학생들이 가고 싶은 장소를 선택하면, 신청 내용을 바탕으로 한국 대학생을 매칭시켜 한국에 대한 깊은 이해와 교류를 돕는 유학생 중심의 프로그램입니다.
한국인 대학생과 교류하고 더 재밌는 한국문화를 경험하고 싶은 유학생을 모집합니다!
■신청 기간 : 상시모집 (11월 30일까지)
■모집 대상 : 국내(한국)대학 소재 유학생 누구나 (어학당 포함)
■신청 내용 : 유학생이 가고 싶은 여행지를 선정하면 한국인 대학생을 매칭하여 보다 더 깊이 있는 여행을 도와드릴 뿐만 아니라 좋은 여행지를 추천해드릴 수도 있습니다.
*현재 코로나19 상황에 의해 인원과 시간제한이 있음을 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
○ 신청 조건:
-당일 여행이어야 하며 계획 여행의 일부만 가이드를 신청할 수 없습니다.
-여행 장소는 서울 내 지역에서만 신청 가능합니다.
-여행 가이드이외에 다른 목적으로 신청하실 수 없습니다.
-신청은 보증금(1만원)을 납부 하셔야 완료되며 보증금은 여행을 다녀 후 3일 이내에 환불 됩니다.
-여행 7일이내로 단순 변심 또는 타당한 사유 없이 취소 할 경우 보증금은 환불되지 않습니다. (여행 7일 이내로 취소 시, 타당한 사유 또는 이와 관련된 증빙 서류 제출 시 보증금은 환불됩니다.)
○신청 방법 :
1. 구글폼에 기재된 질문에 최대한 자세하게 답변해 주세요.
(답변이 자세할수록 맞춘 투어가 가능해집니다.)
2. 구글폼 작성 후 우리은행 1005-703-069447(국제청년센터), 1만원을 신청자 이름으로 입금해 주세요.
3. 구글폼 답변을 바탕으로 한국인 대학생 가이드를 매칭해 드립니다.
4. 매칭이 완료되면 한국인 대학생 가이드가 개인 카카오톡으로 연락을 드립니다.
5. 한국인 대학생 가이드와 세부적인 사항을 협의 후 약속을 잡습니다.
*공지사항 안내와 원활한 투어 진행을 위해 유학생 오픈 채팅방에 초대해 드립니다.
*원하는 일정에 가이드가 가능한 한국 대학생이 없는 경우 서비스를 이용하지 못할 수 있으며 입금한 보증금은 환불해 드립니다.
*보증금(일만원) 입금 후 입금 확인 안내 문자를 보내드립니다.

Request a Korean university student as a tour guide for your trip.
They can help you understand Korea better.
International Center of Youth starts a “Tour Guide Service for Foreign Students.” In this service, foreign students who currently study in a university in Korea will choose a place they want to visit. Based on their application, we will assign a Korean university student to each of them. This will help the students understand and get connected with Korea better.
We are looking for foreign students who want to make connections with Korean university students and experience Korean culture!
■ Period: Receiving applications all the time (until November 30th)
■ Subject: Any foreign students who study in a university in Metropolitan area (including language schools)
■ Contents: Choose a place you want to visit, and we will assign a Korean student to you. They will help you with your tour or recommend some good places to visit.
* Due to the COVID19 situation, you must keep the guideline about the number of people gathering and a time limit.
○ Conditions:
– It must be a day trip, and you can’t request a guide only for a part of your trip.
– The place to visit must be within Seoul.
– You can’t apply for this service for any purpose other than a tour guide.
– You must pay KRW 10,000 as a deposit to complete your application. It will be returned to you within three days after the trip.
– If you cancel the service without any valid reason within seven days before the trip, you can’t get the deposit back. (If you cancel the service within seven days before the trip with a valid reason or relevant documentary evidence, you can get a refund.)
○ How to apply:
1. Answer the questions on the Google Form as detailed as possible.
(The more detailed you reply, the more customed your trip will be.)
2. After filling out the Google Form, deposit KRW 10,000 to Woori Bank’s 1005-703-069447(국제청년센터) under the applicant’s name.
3. Based on your response on the Google Form, we will assign a Korean university student to you.
4. After the assignment, the Korean student will contact you through KaKao Talk.
5. Plan your trip with the Korean student and make an appointment.
* We will invite you to an open KaKao chat room for notifications and the progress of your trip.
* In case we couldn’t find any Korean student available on the date you want, you may not use the service, and we will refund the deposit.
* After checking your payment, we will send you a message for confirmation.
